At Tinnitots, we are always trying to make your experience as convenient as possible and that’s why we have AfterPay and Lay-by for you. These options help to manage your finance, by allowing you to make bite-size payments across several months.
With our AfterPay option, your loved ones receive their toys and you pay later Or if you want to keep those gifts hidden and prefer the Lay-by system, we offer that too.

How Lay-by works ?
- Select “Layby” as the payment option during Checkout.
- Once your order is placed, we will contact you via email to confirm the deposit amount. This will generally be within 1 business day.
- Pay deposit and confirm the order.
- Continue to make regular payments until your balance is paid in full.
- Once the layby has been finalised, items will be dispatched as per our Shipping Policy.
Ensure to allow for additional postage times during peak seasonal periods when making your repayments.
Lay-by Terms & Conditions
Service Fee – Absolutely NO service fee will be charged for any Lay-by.
Minimum Order value – NO Minimum order value - Lay-by is available across all products.
Payment Frequency – Flexible Fortnightly or Monthly payments.
Deposit – Each new Lay-by requires a minimum deposit of 20% of layby order amount. The payment of this deposit is considered acceptance of our terms.
Terms –
- Lay-by is available on a 4 Months
- Cleared payment of the deposit is required within 2 business days of placing your order. Your layby is not confirmed until this payment is received.
- Lay-by must be paid in full by the finalisation date as stated on the Lay-by arrangement Email.
- Upon receipt of full payment, your order will be shipped on the next business day as per Victoria State Calendar. For local pickups, you will receive an email with the order collection date and time.
- Once confirmed, Layby order cannot be modified or amended in any way e.g., colour change, size change, product change, price, or quantity.
- Partial dispatch is not available.
- If you wish to change the Date and time of local pickup, please give us 12 Hour advance notice by emailing us at support@tinnitots.com.au and quoting your order number. Upon receipt of your email, we will send a final date and time of pickup.
- Customers are responsible for advising of any change in address. Additional shipping costs may apply as per our Shipping Policy.
Exclusions – Lay-by is not available for Gift Vouchers.
Payments – Only Bank Transfer method is acceptable.
Termination Fee – Non-Refundable 20% of Full Lay-by order amount.
Cancellation –
- If you fail to make payments when they are due or wish to cancel your layby, we will REFUND you the amounts you have paid less the TERMINATION
- TINNITOTS may attempt to contact all customers who fail to pay the balance of their Lay-By by the due date. If you fail to complete your Lay-by by the due date, TINNITOTS will cancel your Lay-by and your items will no longer be held.
- In an event that you are not contactable or fail to return our calls, it is then the customer's responsibility to contact us for a refund of your deposit or instalments less our Lay-By Termination Fee.
- TINNITOTS reserve its rights to cancel any layby arrangement and our conditions are in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Privacy – TINNITOTS respects our customers’ privacy. Personal information may be used to administer your Lay-by. Information collected from this transaction may be used for the purpose of processing your layby and may also be given to a mail service provider to forward reminder letters to you.
