Australia - you can place orders directly via our website.
New Zealand - For Sensory playmats, you can order directly via our website. For rest of our products, due to weight and size limitation, we provide shipping quotes based on your requests. Please send us an email at support@tinnitots.com.au with your preferred products, shipping address and any preferences and within 1 business day we will be get back to you with a quote.
US and Canada - For Sensory Playmats, you have 2 options. You can place orders either via our Australia website www.tinnitots.com.au or through our US/CANADA website www.tinnitots.com
We recommend using our US/CANADA website for orders within these countries as they will be shipped directly from Texas.
In case you place order via our Australian website, we may still ship your orders from our Texas warehouse.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or credited to match the any cost difference between 2 of our websites.

How long does it take to receive the order?

All orders are only shipped on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
If you have placed an order on Tuesday, Thursday, or weekends or public holidays, they will be shipped to their next business day as mentioned above.
If you need an express post or any urgent orders, please send us an email or call us and we will do our best to support your special requests. Special requests may incur some extra charges but we do our best to absorb these costs as far as possible.
We follow Victorian Public holiday calendar for order processing.
During any promotional periods or preorders, processing time of orders may take a little longer however we will keep you posted at every possible stage.
For International Shipping, it may take upto 7 - 24 business days depending on the provider.
Can I track my order?
All orders will come with a tracking number which will be emailed to you on your provided email, as soon as your order is dispatched.
