We ship across Australia.
For international shipping, please send us an email on support@tinnitots.com.au explaining your situation and we promise to help you in the best way we can.
We do not deliver to PO Box.
How much is shipping?
Our shipping costs gets dynamically calculated at checkout depending on the size, weight and delivery location.
Some products can only be send by freight due to their size and weight and hence our shipping charges can differ accordingly.

How long does it take to receive the order?
For orders placed before 12:00 noon on weekdays, we would dispatch your orders on same day.
For order requests received after 12:00 noon, we would be dispatching next working day.
For orders placed on weekends, public holidays, we would be processing orders on next working day. We follow Victorian Public holiday calendar for order processing.
During any promotional periods, processing time of orders may take a little longer however we will keep you posted at every possible stage.
Can I track my order?
All orders will come with a tracking number which will be emailed to you on your provided email, as soon as your order is dispatched.
