Festive Season Offers Terms and Conditions
At Tinnitots, we wish our customers and followers to have fun and happy experience with our products and services. Our giveaways, competitions, festive season offers including Christmas, Halloween, Black Friday or any events we organise or participate in, are our constant efforts to bring happiness to as many families as we could.
Below we have listed generic terms and conditions which apply to all our present and future offers, events, giveaways or competitions.
The General Terms and Conditions as set out here are still applicable.
1. All our offers, events, giveaways or competitions are solely at our "Tinnitots" discretion.
2. We may at any moment, with or without prior notice change, update or cancel, end, dissolve or stop any offers, events, giveaways or competitions.
3. We or any member at Tinnitots, in no manner whatsoever is affiliated with any social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram.
4. By entering or being part of any of our offers, events, giveaways or competitions, you acknowledge to our Terms and Conditions.
5. By entering or being part of any of our offers, events, giveaways or competitions, you consent to receive our marketing emails and phone calls, based on the information provided by you.
6. At any time during any of our offers, events, giveaways or competitions, our decision is full and final.
7. We will not accept any change or substitute any of our offers, giveaways or competitions with another offer or products, whatsoever.
8. Winners announced at any of our completion or giveaways or events are solely at our discretion.
9. We will make 2 attempts to reach the winner of our competitions and giveaways via email and phone to claim the prize; failing to reply within 7 business days will make the prize either cancel or at our discretion be rewarded to another winner.
10. In no manner, during our offers, events, giveaways or competitions "Tinnitots" will entertain any form of verbal or written dispute, negative or provocative or unpleasant messages and responses.
11. Any purchases made during the Festive Season cannot be CANCELLED or Exchanged. In case of fully damaged product, upon our confirmation, we may consider to issue a store credit voucher. Please note - If you are unsure, you can always reach out to us before making any purchase. Our decision is final and complete.
