AfterPay and LayBuy

At Tinnitots, we are always trying to make your experience as convenient as possible and that’s why we have AfterPay and LayBuy for you. These options help to manage your finance, by allowing you to make bite-size payments across several months.

With our AfterPay option, your loved ones receive their toys and you pay later Or if you want to keep those gifts hidden and prefer the LayBuy system, we offer that too.

How LayBuy works?

  • Select “PUT IT ON LAY-BUY powered by PayPal” as the payment option on Checkout.
  • Click Place Order button. You will be redirected to Lay-Buy payment gateway.
  • Verify your Auto filled details on left hand side.
  • Select down-payment % to pay today, and how many months you want to schedule the pay-off the balance.Minimum down payment % is 20.
  • Note the admin fees displaced. This fees is not charged by TINNITOTS PTY LTD. The fees are charged by the PUT IT ON LAY-BUY gateway. They are calculated as per below.

    $1 to $5 for orders below $50

    1.9% for orders over $300

    2.9% for orders $200 to $300

    3.9% for orders $100 to $200

    4.9% for orders $50 to $100 

  • Verify your details are correct and click the PUT IT ON LAY -BUY button.
    You will be taken to PayPal’s landing page. You will pay the down payment today with your PayPal a/c or your credit card. PayPal then sets up the LAY-BUY payment plan between you and us (TINNITOTS PTY LTD). PayPal then sends two email notifications one to us and the other to you. (One for the down payment and another that a payment plan has been setup)
    Note: if you do not have a PayPal a/c, you can pay with your credit card today and a PayPal a/c is setup for the LAY-BUY payment plan payments

  • Continue to make regular payments until your balance is paid in full.
  • Once the layby has been finalised, items will be dispatched as per our Shipping Policy.

Ensure to allow for additional postage times during peak seasonal periods when making your repayments.

Lay-by Terms & Conditions

Minimum Order value – NO Minimum order value - Lay-by is available across all products.

Payment Frequency – Flexible Fortnightly or Monthly payments.

Deposit – Each new Lay-by requires a minimum deposit of 20% of layby order amount. The payment of this deposit is considered acceptance of our terms.

Terms – 

  • Lay-by is available on upto a maximum of 6 Months from the date of order received.
  • Lay-by must be paid in full by the finalisation date.
  • Upon receipt of full payment, your order will be shipped on the next business day as per Victoria State Calendar. For local pickups, you will receive an email with the order collection date and time.
  • Once confirmed, Layby order cannot be modified or amended in any way e.g., colour change, size change, product change, price, or quantity.
  • Partial dispatch is not available.
  • If you wish to change the Date and time of local pickup, please give us 12 Hour advance notice by emailing us at support@tinnitots.com.au and quoting your order number. Upon receipt of your email, we will send a final date and time of pickup.
  • Customers are responsible for advising of any change in address. Additional shipping costs may apply as per our Shipping Policy.

Exclusions – Lay-by is not available for Gift Vouchers.

Termination Fee – Non-Refundable 20% of Full Lay-by order amount.

Cancellation – 

  • If you fail to make payments when they are due or wish to cancel your layby, we will REFUND you the amounts you have paid less the TERMINATION
  • TINNITOTS may attempt to contact all customers who fail to pay the balance of their Lay-By by the due date. If you fail to complete your Lay-by by the due date, TINNITOTS will cancel your Lay-by and your items will no longer be held.
  • In an event that you are not contactable or fail to return our calls, it is then the customer's responsibility to contact us for a refund of your deposit or instalments less our Lay-By Termination Fee.
  • TINNITOTS reserve its rights to cancel any layby arrangement and our conditions are in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Privacy – TINNITOTS respects our customers’ privacy. Personal information may be used to administer your Lay-by. Information collected from this transaction may be used for the purpose of processing your layby and may also be given to a mail service provider to forward reminder letters to you.
