🛒 How to Set Up a LayBuy at Tinnitots

At checkout, select "PUT IT ON LAY-BUY powered by PayPal" as your payment method.

Click Place Order. You'll be redirected to the secure Lay-Buy payment gateway.

Verify your auto-filled personal and delivery details on the left-hand side of the screen.

Choose your down-payment percentage (minimum 20%) and how many months you'd like to spread the balance — up to 6 months.

Review the gateway admin fee displayed on screen (see fee schedule below). This fee is charged by the Put It On Lay-Buy gateway — not by Tinnitots.

Confirm your details are correct, then click PUT IT ON LAY-BUY.

You'll land on PayPal's secure page. Pay your deposit today via PayPal or credit card. PayPal automatically sets up the payment plan and sends confirmation emails to both you and Tinnitots.

No PayPal account? No problem — pay by credit card and PayPal will create an account for your ongoing plan payments.

Continue making scheduled payments until your balance is paid in full.

Once finalised, your order is dispatched as per our Shipping Policy. Allow extra lead time during peak seasons such as Christmas and Easter.

📋 LayBuy Terms & Conditions
🛍️ Minimum Order
There is no minimum order value — LayBuy is available across all products in our range.
📅 Payment Frequency
Choose flexible fortnightly or monthly instalments to suit your budget.
💵 Minimum Deposit
A 20% deposit of the total order amount is required upfront. Paying the deposit confirms acceptance of these terms.
⏳ Plan Duration
LayBuy plans run for a maximum of 6 months from the date of order. The full balance must be settled by the finalisation date.
📦 Dispatch & Collection
Orders ship the next business day (Victorian State Calendar) after full payment. Local pickup customers receive an email with their collection date and time.
🔒 Order Changes
Once confirmed, LayBuy orders cannot be modified — including colour, size, product, price, or quantity. Partial dispatch is not available.
🏠 Address Changes
Customers must notify Tinnitots of any change in delivery address. Additional shipping charges may apply as per our Shipping Policy.
🎁 Exclusions
LayBuy is not available for Gift Vouchers. All other products are eligible.
🕐 Local Pickup Changes
To change a pickup date or time, email support@tinnitots.com.au with your order number at least 12 hours in advance.
🔐 Your Privacy
Personal information is used solely to administer your LayBuy and may be shared with postal service providers for reminders, in line with Australian Privacy Law.
Cancellation & Termination Fee
A non-refundable termination fee of 20% of the full LayBuy order amount applies if you cancel or fail to complete payments by the due date. Any amounts paid above the termination fee will be refunded. If we cannot contact you after a missed payment, it is your responsibility to reach out to arrange your refund. Tinnitots reserves the right to cancel any LayBuy arrangement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
