Why are prices changing? As you may be aware, the current geopolitical climate has created significant challenges globally. Specifically, we are seeing a sharp rise in the costs of raw materials and international shipping for our products arriving from Europe.
As a small, family-owned Australian business, we have spent the past few months absorbing these extra costs ourselves to keep our prices stable. However, to ensure we can continue providing the quality and service you expect, we have reached a point where we must unfortunately pass on a small share of these increases on a select few of our products.
Our commitment to you: We are still doing everything we can to minimise the impact on your wallet. We have made the conscious decision not to increase any domestic shipping rates. We are continuing to absorb the rising costs of local logistics ourselves to keep our delivery service as affordable as possible for Australian families.
